EC Lighting Design Studio was responsible for the comprehensive lighting design and consultancy across all interior, façade, and landscape areas. Our approach for civic architecture emphasizes a balance between visual identity, user comfort, and operational efficiency.

Façade lighting enhances the visibility and presence of the structure at night, while interior lighting solutions prioritize functionality, simplicity, and energy efficiency. In the landscape, our design reinforces public safety, circulation clarity, and formal harmony—supporting the building’s role as a national landmark serving the public.
