The development includes a casino, beachfront restaurants, open-air entertainment zones, landscaped areas, and premium accommodation units.

EC Lighting Design Studio was responsible for the full scope of lighting design and consultancy, covering interior spaces, façades, and extensive landscape zones. We developed tailored lighting scenarios that respond to the diverse functions of the hotel while enhancing guest comfort and spatial perception. The lighting strategy integrates seamlessly with the architectural language, reinforcing the luxurious atmosphere and overall brand identity.
