Located in Dakar, Senegal, the Cap Des Biches Admin Building serves as the headquarters for one of West Africa’s largest energy projects. EC Lighting Design Studio delivered the full lighting design for interiors, façade, and exterior areas.

The design ensures visual comfort through uniform lighting indoors, while the façade lighting highlights architectural identity. Exterior zones were planned for safety, clarity, and a strong nighttime presence.
